Realistically how much of an increase in length can I gain from jelqing? And how quickly?

FYI, I am 7x6 Bonepressed

This is a long process. It doesn't happen overnight. Some grow quicker than others. The main thing is you have to keep at it. Your gains will come but with time.

Check your BPFSL (bone pressed flaccid stretched length) if it's bigger than your BPEL (Bone pressed erect length) by 0.5" then just concentrate on girth exercises like jelqing and edging to fill out your erection. Otherwise do some length exercise's Keep logs of your progress and ALWAYS measure bone pressed when keeping measurement! I recommend the PEgym if your serious about growing or thundersplace forum it's a dedicated forum for this sort of thing but before you do anything read up on what you need to do and come to the game with a mind set that says your in a marathon and always rest! don't overdo it or you won't gain alot of good signs that you might need to look out for here Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

I gained a little over an inch in 1 year of diligent, consistent, daily jelqing (with the ocasional day off), and am reeeeeally happy about it.

Well, my dick is 21.5 cm now, and when I started it was barely 18 cm. I am not really doing any serious routine, but when I wank I kind of stretch and restrict bloodflow out of the penis, and I sometimes bend my semierect penis. It keeps the gains. I don't know if they will ever disappear, as my "routine" isn't problematic to keep up. At least the gains stays for some weeks (the longest I haven't been pulling and tugging). Also, it seems it improves my erections. If I don't do anything, then it gets weaker. Also do some contractions with the muscles that stops your urine flow. I do some in the morning. A nice erection is as important as 1 inch extra of anything.

I am now 63 and have been jelqing and using pe for several years. I started in 2000 about the same time I joined lpsg. Experienced some gains but plateaued at just about six inches. I stopped for several years due mostly to work schedule and life. I lost most of my gains because I did nothing for maintenance. Last year about this time I started with a plan. I have kept to the plan and now I'm just over 6.75x5 having started at 4.5x4. As you can imagine I'm elated with my gains. I have recently added GHR to my daily regimen of nutritionals. It will be some time before I see any results from those. I have also added things like Arnica to my regimen to increase circulation.
Read everything, develop a plan and then execute the plan. This takes time so be ready and willing to put in the time. Good luck.
