I am 6 3/4 inches long..... 5 1/2 inches thick.... I am happy with girth. Ideally I like to get to 7 1/2 or 8 inches long..... Is this achievable with the stretches..... How long would it take to 1. Notice a difference and 2 achieve my goal? How often should I stretch each to
E and how many times each week..... Any suggestions would be helpful.......!you can see pics of my penis now on my profile.
 
Manual stretches are a good way to achieve length gains. Some guys gain faster than others so your results will vary. Try to find a comfortable routine and stick to it. A typical routine is 4 days on/3 days off, or 5 on/2 off - with each routine lasting about 15-20 minutes. Compass stretches (stretching in all directions) and rotary stretches are a good base to start.

As soft as possible. Use a hearing pad or some sort of warming mechanism on your cock for maybe 10 minutes to help soften the tissues (also helps prevent injuries).
 
I agree with GTOK, warming up beforehand will have a significant effect on your results and should help prevent injury. I want to hang weights, but in the meantime I plan to do manual stretches in every direction while I take a hot shower. That way my ligaments and tissues are relaxed and blood flow is good throughout the entire session.

I'm taking Propecia (male pattern baldness), so i have a very low DHT-level.
Is it not good for PE?

i think this is attainable. I started at ~5.25 and I'm touching 7.4 now. I've been at this a while though. Just starting off, you'll get a good .5-.75" pretty quick (newbie gains). I have a free beginners routine in my link below. If you do that you'll def exceed 7" in about 3 months. You can hold me to it

this is an interesting question. If you haven't had any ED from finasteride (propecia) I don't think it's an issue. The rebuilding of smooth muscle tissue, organ tissue, etc. (the penis is largely made of 3 different tissues, which is different (yet similar) to skeletal voluntary muscle tissue). I've taking propecia for years as well. I don't believe its interfered with my results, however- I don't know what my results would have been otherwise. Notably, I may have lower DHT levels but I keep my testosterone levels high-normal, upwards of 800ng/dl of testosterone (as well as a high level of free testosterone, which is more important since thats the testosterone that you body can use in the rebuild and repair processes).

so in summary, if you aren't haven't had ED issues via propecia- No, I don't think it's gonna be an issue.

agree with JD here. Baby powder for extra grip is helpful too, in my opinion.
 
Thanks goo looking loser, I just bought the bathmate... I also sent u a private message, but can u give a a routine of stretching and using the bathmate...... I can't afford any stretching device right now. Do I use a cocking when I use the bathmate? Thanks.
