Not mental. just means your dick is very, very sensitive and shoots quick. try edging for a few hours and not cumming.. you may shoot a few times until you get the timing down, but you'll enjoy the attempt!
btw, nice dick ;)
Happy holidays!

i used to suffer from premature ejaculation. i've learnt that acceptance is the best way to deal with it. once you accept it and stop worrying about it, it magically dissipates. also being comfortable with your spouse helps a lot too. i've noticed that with one night stands i suffer from premature ejaculation and even have a hard time getting it up, but when it comes down to my girlfriend who i am in love with i can last for up to an hour and a half. also when i'm around her i'm constantly on the verge of sporting wood.

It's a common problem, as evidenced by the zillions of websites that discuss it. Google some of them to get the full array of advice.

I'm sure it's not true for everyone, but I've heard this works for a lot of people. The vast majority of cases of premature ejaculation (ditto for erectile dysfunction) are psychogenic, so it stands to reason that a psychological solution is the smartest. Of course, physical activity and general mental well-being are good for one's stamina (and physical activity is good for mental health), so perhaps you might consider getting active again?

Also, if there were a medication or vitamin that made men last longer it'd be as big news as Viagra. Seeing as there isn't one, I wouldn't bother going in that direction if I were you.
