I'm not interested in other people's answers to questions directed at a singular individual.
That doesn't even make any sense...

"Is this cloying posturing to be validated disguised as a request for advice on improving self-image still garnering comments?!"

The answer is yes. People are still commenting on it, like you and the other guy... The question was pretty poorly worded if it was meant to be directed at a singular individual when anyone could answer that question by posting on this thread. Anyways, why are you being so condescending? I obviously don't control you, but I don't really appreciate it.

The question was a rhetorical one and, as such, needed no response.

Hey, I've been having a lot of trouble with my self image and going to the gym, and it's making it really mentally taxing sometimes. I've tried limiting social media usage, meeting people to get my mind of things, focusing on things I like doing and my work, seeing other people as motivation, and even going to therapy and taking meds, but none of it has helped. I always just feel inadequate compared to other guys since I'm not as fit/muscular as them. I'm trying to still go to the gym anyway and even pick up jiu jitsu, but that also hasn't really helped. I'm really worried that I won't be good enough for several years, if ever because of my genetics / gynecomastia and honestly, dick size too. And I always feel so bad about myself compared to other people my age and older that have already found success with fitness and have actually built up confidence and improved their mental health from it, when only the opposite has been happening for me thus far :( Does anyone have any advice?
Everyone is different and having more muscle also depends of genetics (they are people who needs a lot of exercise while others less).

Try to forget about others body
it is no easy, I know. Sadly the rational mind doesn't work with this but as example : how is your cock size? Look what is the mean and you will be surprised.

Do you see many porn? It often doesn't help.

Also your chest is great. It is nothing to be ashamed.
Why do no contact with other guys with gyno (some forum/groups)? I believe it can help you to see than it is nothing to be worry, listen their stories : how they partners not only no care than they love it as it is more sensitive...
