Right now I have kind of been on a hiatus due to work and training schedules. However when I get back out it, its typically medium pressure in the tube for 10-15 minutes. But that takes some building up to getting a solid suction in the bathmate. Since I haven't pumped it will be about another 1-2 weeks before I can get back into that normal routine.

5 days a week
mornings before work in my morning shower.

25-30 minutes every time I decide to take a good hot salt bath.

I try to keep the pump length with the insert at about 7.5-7.75 inches and without the tube at about 8 inches or the max of 8.25

The girth always varies after at about 6 inches or above.

+1 for the hot salt bath, I've found out that it helps me achieve more gains in my x40.
