Something called venous leakage. It's a condition when the blood goes in and there is nothing to prevent it from going back out. It's like turning the faucet on without putting a stopper in the drain. The sink will never fill with water. I also use a leather cock ring with the Trimix. I was using a metal one when I took Viagra but I'm afraid I would't get it off with the Trimix. With the leather one I can unsnap it.

For a guy just starting a basic cheap pump for $25-30 bucks will do. You can buy them on eBay for cheap and they ship fast. Buying from amazon usually takes forever to receive; like up to a week or more. From eBay I get my stuff 2-3 days.

I recommend a pump WITH a gauge on it so you can keep a sustained level of pressure manually. There are pumps that come without gauges and half the time you don’t even know how much pressure you’re applying.

The pumps without gauges imo apply like three times the pressure I need... I like medium pressure for a long time; like a whole hour or so.

Also pumps are fragile if you crack the cylinder on it the unit will not function properly so if you get one handle it with care so it works right. Obviously they’re be no suction if there’s holes or cracks in the cylinder housing or the hose connectors.
