On Mardi Gras there is a non-coed "secret sauna" that isn't part of the spa but rather is connected to the men's locker room. You have to pass thourgh a back door way and and down short hall to find it.

correction: on second thought, i think this is a coed sauna as it women's locker room was connected to the "secret hall". however, i was in this sauna for about 1 hours and never saw a woman. while it is ture that there is are coed facilites in the spa (which has a fee to use) this is a seperate area that doesn't have a fee.

Currently on Discovery Princess and men's locker/change room is small with only 2 glass door shower stalls. I believe the sauna is in the spa. Not sure if it's co-ed and open to all. Over all,not many places to cruise

According to this spreadsheet, the sauna and steam room(s) on Discovery Princess are co-ed and not free, so they're in the Lotus Spa area. Also, it could be hit or miss, but just because it's co-ed doesn't mean that there will always be women in either.

I just got off the Carnival Venezia. Here's the men's locker room. Nice sauna and whirlpool. You have a another open shower at the left in the whirlpool section.

Went to the locker room a couple times during the voyage, only found one man cruising in there for a brief time, wasn't my type unfortunately. Sauna and Steam Room were positioned right on the main hallway for the locker room (between the lockers/restrooms and gym), so cruising was very difficult. Not enough steam in the steam room to obscure vision, and was also WAY too hot.
