Recommended Lube?

This question is for the ladies. I've recently tried using Astroglide warming liquid and my girlfriend complains that it burns her vagina and it just ruins both our moods. Also I have had problems with the lube drying up and having to reapply this crap that she doesn't like to begin with. It is very sticky and unpleasant. I'm wondering - is there a lube that the ladies recommend that lasts long and doesn't burn? Your suggestions would be much appreciated!

Ive never had a problem/complaint with "gunoil" lube, yes lube, don't use real gunoil. :biggrin1: Its expensive but, well worth it. Your lady must have had an allergic reaction to astroglide??? Good Luck.

I have used extra virgin olive oil and it is great, but it is not good with condoms.
I have used Ansell "LifeStyles" silky smooth Lube and it was too tacky and dried too quickly, it didn't burn but it was a real pain having to re apply it.

I second this. The gun oil is silicone based...my wife used to have lots of problems with water based lubes, and then we tried this stuff...it's awesome. We exclusively use silicone based lubes now.

I don't really care for the Astroglide warming liquid myself. I just went and checked to see what I have. I ended up getting irritated by it. I like the plain Astroglide....it is cheap and I can get it at Wal-mart where I do my one stop shopping. K Y lube is fine. I also like lubes that I find at my favorite naughty store (The Forbidden Fruit) I have one called Liquid Silk that I like a lot.

The thing about KY is that altho it fits into the regular greasy lube, it's still a trusted brand name, and has been around forever- that and the fact that they also have variety upon variety of their lubes.

ID milenium glide. Silicone based, condom safe, and lasts for ever. It's a little expensive though.. Good thing you don't need a lot. :)

Sperm. :)

No, I'm serious.

That works well for sloppy seconds. After several minutes it dries out.

I've tried saliva, KY, astroglide, and now my favorite is Pink. You can buy Pink at Good Vibes. Pink lasts a long time, feels nice on the cock or fingers, and doesn't harm condoms. It doesn't smell funny or taste funny - at least not to me or my partners. I've never known a woman to complain about burning or stinging after using Pink.

Here are a couple of webpages about Pink.

My second favorite lube is cunt juice.

I'm curious to know how it compares to other standard lubes like astroglide
Where do you buy it from?

You can buy almond oil at any natural food store. For me the synthetic lubes are slippery yes, but no skin to skin contact. Its like masturbating with a silicone sleave. The almond oil lubricates but you still have that direct skin contact. It's more like natural female lubrication.

Astroglide.....regular. Recommended by my gyno. The warming probably is the irritating point. Silicone based are too greasy and slippery I have found for a condom, when used in a pre-lubed condom, can make it slip on the penis. Any oil is a no-no with condoms...olive, coconut, baby, etc....it can eat the latex and, well.....nobody wants a broken condom! Plus, all that oil in a vagina that stays there longer than water, silicone or glycerin formula invites bacteria.
