Here is the interesting thing, I read the WIPO decision, Chaturbate was able to seize the domain name based on the trademark infringement, it's not actually about the recorded videos/content offered by Recurbate. "Chaturbate" argued "Recurbate" billed itself as an archive site of "Chaturbate" and put their trademark "Chaturbate" on its website, that's already an infringement (unauthorized use of "Chaturbate" to promote another website). Second, the "Recurbate" namesake itself is very similar to "Chaturbate", they just replaced "Chat-" with "Rec-". They did mention the recorded videos/contents, but their argument was the videos hosted on "Recurbate" are from the same performers as on "Chaturbate", which caused further confusions here. Some people might think "Chaturbate" and "Recurbate" are the same site, or these two sites are related and owned by the same company etc...
This is more like "Samsung" going after "Samesung" or "Sumsang" etc.. Sure the big banner of "THIS DOMAIN HAS BEEN SEIZED" looks very shocking and might even deter some people, but if you read the details, not so much!
