I wonder if any of you fellas have this. I've read that it's common in men who are older, like myself. My ballsac is normal in color and appearance except for the front. The front looks reddish. Not bright red or like it's sore. Just a different color than the rest. It forms a very distinct line. Off to the sides and in the back the skin tone is normal. Then the front looks more red. I asked my dermatologist (a female) about it once and she said it was nothing to worry about. Which I don't. But sometimes it seems so pronounced. Almost like a sunburn/tan line on my balls.

Hi normguy
I have the same condition except my whole ball sack is a reddish purple color. Not every aesthetically pleasing to say the least. I recently had a reaction to a drug and now they are very inflamed and burn like a MF I can't stand for anything to touch them and sleep is hard to come by because they burn during the night. My doctor has me on antibiotic, a anti fungal, and a steroid to try to stop it. I wish I has some topical that I could apply that wouldn't set me on fire and would have a numbing effect.

I am so sorry to hear of your problem. Mine doesn't bother me at all other than it sometimes looks weird. I've noticed that if I take a bath instead of a shower the redness increases. I hope you can get some long-lasting relief. Good luck, dude.
