I’ve had these few red spots for more than a couple of weeks now. Does anyone have any idea what could it be? My research has been quite unsuccessful so far, nothing I find seem to be exactly like the red spots that I have.

Looks like balanitis (a fungal infection that can be cured easily), but you need to see a doctor.

Yeah, I know I should go and see a doctor of course, it’s just not that easy during quarantine as I live far from him (like 30/40 minutes from where I’m staying), and the rules are quite strict here. And going to an hospital is, basically, out of question.

Anyway, I also thought it could be balanitis, but it should be a very bland one in that case: I don’t have any of the symptoms I read, I just have those marks with no itching or any kind of pain while pissing etc.

I guess for now you can take preventive measures like wearing undies that are not as tight, drying off the area thoroughly after showering and maybe use an over the counter antifungal cream (if you can get it/have it). Maybe you can call the doctor? Some countries have that service.

Yes, I’ll probably try to contact my doctor maybe through emails so I can send him pictures, and if he can suggest me a specific cream I could try to find it at a drugstore.

You might be able to speak with a druggist at the drug store and he could recommend something over the counter. My wife gets something similar to that under her breasts from perspiration when she don't wear her bra. She made an appointment with her primary care physician and the physician took a look and recommends something over the counter which was less expensive than a prescription as her co pay on prescriptions is 25.00 or the cost of the drug if less than the co pay.

I still do not want to discourage you from seeing your physician as our guessing from your photographs of your penis could be off base and totally wrong. PLEASE SEE YOUR PHYSICIAN.

That’s literally syphillis....Brought flashbacks just looking at it. When I was diagnosed with it it was crazy, because I remember googling photos and they didn’t necessarily match, but I would suggest go to a doctor anyway.
