The furthest I've gone with anyone from LPSG is the exchange of a few friendly emails. I'm extremely leery of meeting people from "online" - had too many bad experiences earlier in life.
And can I also interject and say that Fratback is also one of the best. And, no, it is not he that I am meeting, but it would be great to meet him someday. He's a good guy.

I am currently dating a guy that I met right. It started out that we just chatted online and then we swapped emails and did that. Then one day I was like, what the hell we should meet up and go for a drink (I was thinking just as mates at the time) then when we finally met, I realised that he was not really the person I had spoken to previously, he was a million times better in real life!

As of last week I have met 3 men from LPSG. Had sex with one, it was lousy
The second guy I met for lunch when I was on vacation. We agreed it would be as friends as we are both way too logical to be involved in a bi-coastal relationship. We are also not really each other's type. If we dated I think I would have to smother him in his sleep at some point. Anyway, I am happy to say we are still friends,

The third guy, well we've been out twice in the last week. He's nice, we have fun and we seem to have as much in common as not in common. He travels a lot though for work. So who knows . . .

It's all very difficult really.
Geography is one of the bigger challenges but then it's also one of the bigger excuses too!
That said, those closer get terrified cos they can't hide behind the 'geography' excuse.
But heck! That all makes it sound like I'm only here to find a date... I'm not.
But it's like visiting the candy store and not even having a taste while you're there... even if you only came in to 'browse'! :lmao:
