Hey all, Does anyone have any tips on relaxing the cremaster muscles? Those are the ones that pull your balls up into your scrotum during arousal, cold weather, etc: I think my cremaster muscles are a bit overactive and tend to draw my balls in more often than not, and not just close to my body but up inside my upper groin area sometimes (aka retractile testicle). I'm currently experimenting with a ballstretching routine – manual for now, sometimes wearing a cock ring to keep my sack separated from my body – and I can sometimes see short-term results when I'm relaxed, but they seem to disappear when my damn cremasters decide to kick into high gear. (Don't worry, I don't stretch when they're pulled up tight.) Any tips, stretches, supplements, etc. that would help relax these buggers? I love seeing low-hangers in porn (Antonio Biaggi = GOALS) and I wish I could get my sack to swing low more often.
