Relaxing overactive cremaster muscles for lower hanging balls

    Hey all,

    Does anyone have any tips on relaxing the cremaster muscles? Those are the ones that pull your balls up into your scrotum during arousal, cold weather, etc:

    I think my cremaster muscles are a bit overactive and tend to draw my balls in more often than not, and not just close to my body but up inside my upper groin area sometimes (aka retractile testicle). I'm currently experimenting with a ballstretching routine – manual for now, sometimes wearing a cock ring to keep my sack separated from my body – and I can sometimes see short-term results when I'm relaxed, but they seem to disappear when my damn cremasters decide to kick into high gear. (Don't worry, I don't stretch when they're pulled up tight.)

    Any tips, stretches, supplements, etc. that would help relax these buggers? I love seeing low-hangers in porn (Antonio Biaggi = GOALS) and I wish I could get my sack to swing low more often.

    Pull your balls up from the underneath several times a day... do alternating hand repetitions similar to jelqing but you aren't making an okay sign with your hand but only cupping them from underneath,

    Consider vacuum pumping?

    Work on your fear and apprehension? Those cremaster muscles are enacted during your fight or flight response... work on any shame spirals or just negative thought patterns like "you aren't good enough... you've never done a good thing in your life or you are a constant failure".

    If you wear boxers, switch to briefs... if you wear briefs, switch to boxers. Boxer briefs act like boxer shorts FYI as far as body heat and ball hanging.

    1.Go commando when you can- gravity helps.
    Or wear boxers.
    1. When in a hot shower or bath pull on your scrotal sac as hard as you can in all directions- skin stretches easily- balls will fll in
    I tuck my sac under a heel when I squat and then try standing up- a great skin stretch.
    3. Start wearing a leather ball stretcher- start off small- 1.5" or 2"- when it starts to sting- remove- rest- put on again- repeat
    -when it no lomger stings after wearing it for a long time it's time to get a wider stretch- maybe 2.5"- repeat
    I now wear 5" leather stretchers.
