Yes, empircal evidence. I think the tally is overwhelming in the favor of evolution ...
In science we start knowing nothing and work to prove possibilities, not disprove every conceivable notion. The onus is on the side of the (un)Intelligent Designers to produce even a modicum of evidence.

I don't agree with BAN ALL RELIGIONS;I never will. However, what I do think is that these yahoos should stop putting religion in a disguise and calling it science. Religion has its place, and its not in a science classroom.
