There is not much info at all on the internet and I can't name many details. He was of Italian origin and became famous in the US.

His professional names were Rocco Rizzoli and Giorgio Canali. He was diagnosed in 86 and quit appearing in films then, and seems to have made a biographical video called The Last Days of Rydar Hanson (or Hansen, maybe) before he died in 89. Dick Masters died from spinal cancer, I remember reading about this. So tragic to have died soooo young. He would have gone far in his film and other future endeavours. Gone way before his time time like soooo many. :-(
