Had Colin Powell been an option as candidate for President, regardless of party affiliation, I would have gladly voted for him. Not because he's retired military. Retired military often make the worst kind of president. But he's well educated, intelligent, has a mind that works, is very bipartisan (important trait). And unlike Bozo Bush Jr., he can read AND negotiate.

Starimposter just doesn't get it. It's the 21st Century and 40 years of his fabu GOP heritage has purposefully left him poorly educated -- not to mention with a total lack of social skills. I know plenty of old guard members of the GOP who would gladly disown Star. But as I said, they are old guard. They enjoyed the benefits of quality public educations before the "corporate" model of GOP think took over and systematically dumb-downed the requirements of a pubic education.
