Uncovered Kinsey Report data show homosexual members have hetero ones by a head.

Six inches is the average length of a male erection, right? More or less? More (6.32 inches) if you're gay, apparently. And less (5.99) if you're straight. Stiff homosexual organs are one-third of an inch longer, claims an article titled "The Relation Between Sexual Orientation and Penile Size" in the June Archives of Sexual Behavior.
The phallus findings are based on archived data from 5,122 measurements of men's schlongs obtained by the Kinsey Report from 1938-1963.
But isn't it penile chubbiness that matters more in sexual pleasure? Heteros lose this contest, too. The straight circumference is 4.80 inches, while gays wield a stout 4.95. Dr. Anthony Bogaert of Brock University in Ontario, Canada and Dr. Scott Hershberger of California State University-Long Beach co-authored the recent study, which is part of a larger study on the origins of sexual orientation and behavior.
Reached by phone at his Ontario office, Bogaert generously answered my most probing questions about the penile research.
Why on Earth would gay guys be heavier hung?
"It might have something to do with prenatal hormones that affect the structure and size of genitalia and certain structures of the brain that ultimately affect sexual orientation," Bogaert said. "If so, this would lend support to theories that believe there are biological factors affecting sexual orientation."
Did Kinsey researchers actually measure the arched staffs of their subjects?
"No," the Canadian admitted. "The subjects reported themselves, either by mailing their measurements in, or by reporting their size to an interviewer."
Men lie about their dimensions, Bogaert acknowledged, but in his opinion, this doesn't explain the data. "The size discrepancy might have to do with 'reporting bias' if gay men are more likely to exaggerate the size of their penis. But we don't think that's the explanation. There's evidence that heterosexuals are as likely to exaggerate as homosexuals."
As for plans to reenact the original study with excited, contemporary wieners, Bogaert was doubtful.
"I probably won't do additional research in this area," he said. "I have other projects, and besides, it's too expensive."
Oddly enough, this astounding and controversial discovery has been kept zippered up by the majority of media. Queer columnist Dan Savage commented on it in one of his September columns and the Evening Standard, the London newspaper, noted it on Aug. 24, but generally, it looks like gay vs. straight cock size is a topic that the prudish press finds way too big to handle.
That's why the story reared its head here, where the whole world is naked.

I think the reliability of any data that's been collected on a 'self reporting' basis can justly be viewed with a little scepticism at least.

Anything can be proven with statistics whether it's true or not.

That's true to the extent that it's generally possible to produce 'evidence' in support of a particular theory. To what extent it's reliable in any objective sense is, of course, another matter. I once asked a number of 'hung' guys about their bladder holding capabilities. The pattern which emerged, assuming the respondents were being truthful (and I've no reason to believe otherwise) was that the bigger the dick the more likely it was for the owner's bladder capabilities to be either average or below average. I could claim quite legitimately that big dick = small bladder. However we all know that it's more complex than that. My data was based on a fairly limited sample of respondents and no account could be taken of the possible responses of those who didn't want to answer. All I can say is that of the guys who were kind enough to respond, most reported a fairly frequent need to go to the toilet, providing the basis of the evidence in question. I've no idea how a different sample of guys would have responded though.

If you look at some of the studies done on penis size and the female of the species being monogamous you would find that the less monogamous the females the larger male penises of that species.

Apply that logic as well as the other study to male couples and you get the idea that gay men are PIGS……and will sleep with anything that walks!

MMM………. Well I do know a few women and men that would poster children for this case.

I do have one question if it’s true that gay men have bigger dicks. Then why are they always trying to get it on with a straight guys?

OR maybe it’s just all a bunch of CRAP!

One theory was actually proposed supporting this study. We've observed that sexual orientation is in part genetics and in part environmental. For instance, with twins separated at birth, if one was gay, the other was about 50% likely to be. The theory was for the environmental factors, and the experiences people tend to have during their "experimental" years. Basically, people will experiment with all sorts when they are growing up, and some perfectly straight individuals will have tried some of their own gender while growing up. But people will tend to return to wherever they got the best reactions. That said, men are more impressed by large penises than women are. If a guy with 9-10 inches plays around with his male friend when they are both in high school, he's more likely to get a repeat customer than someone with a more modest 5. The porn industry has known that men get more turned on by larger endowments for, well, since the existence of the porn industry. We're such size queens.

Utter crap! The erect cocks I see in gay saunas are as varied as the ones I see in swinger clubs; some very big, some very small, most about average.

As someone who's been with both men and women, I know that when I hook up with a guy, my cock gets bigger. </sarcasm>

A friend of mine used to say, and I quote:

"Three little letters = 2 more inches. G-A-Y."

He managed to even work it into one of his comedy routines. As for the "scientific basis" he too claimed it was something he read on the Internet. Not anything I have been able to substantiate *yet*. Surveys and informal interviews on this subject do tend to crop up from time to time however it might be best to get a selection of male hetero and homosexual "random samples" to scoot boots off to the Kinsey Institute for standardized testing. At least that way we can then argue about something different other than the validity of the data collected. :D

Do you have any data, valid or otherwise, to support your statement that "they", meaning I presume the majority of gay men, "are always trying to get it on with a [sic] straight guys?"

I will say from my anecdotal experience and observation that many, if not most, self-identified "straight" men seem to prefer to "get it on" with other self-identified "straight" men, or at the least "straight acting" men, presumably because that self-justification makes the activity in their minds somehow less "gay".

Kinda like your stereotypical statement about "gay" men.

p.s. For data junkies and the scientifically inclined, there's plenty to mull over here:
