what is everyones take on rest days?
what are you on/off schedule?
I'm curios about this too, my take on it has been as with every other muscle related training program with 1 day training, 1 day rest and so on.
If you guys are just beginning with PE exercises I would start off slowly with 1 day on 1 day off. Then maybe after 2 weeks I would jump to 2 days on 1 day off. Just keep adding days to your schedule every month or so or how you feel comfortable with. Some people react different to these types of exercises. Again it is how you feel and and the best piece of advice I can give you is not to overtrain and hurt yourself. I have been doing these exercises now for about 6 months now and I am on a 5 days on 2 days off schedule.
