    can you guys tell me the results you have gotten from doing kegels im looking into starting them and was interested in knowing and i could expect thanks all replies truely appreciated

    Can anyone do at least 3 sets of 100 reps of kegels excercise? What would you feel afterward if you were to attempt to overexercise it?

    Just like any muscle. You work up to it. I used to do them during the day back in high school, almost all day. Great erections, rock hard, better control, and much better launch.... not sure if it effects the volume, but I cum in bucket loads and lots of shots.

    Hmm, have you actually tried it? I have done it and I felt very sore the next couple of days. I think I have done more than 100 reps of 3 sets...:rolleyes:

    I always forget to do my kegels, but they've helped. Probably your ejaculatory muscles are like all other ones, when you don't train them (by Kegels or some other exercises), they atrophy (get smaller/weaker). So I guess you have to do kegels frequently to get and maintain results. They've worked for me though.

    For more powerful orgasms, do at least 200 kegels a day, You will be almost overwhelmed by their intensity. That is how the exercise worked for me.
