Eh...if it is, not by much.

A Comcast remote is 8.5" long. Taking a measure of the remote in the picture brings it out to 4", or 2.125 times smaller than it's actual size.

Measuring the cock in that shot (from where the pubic hair ends and the shaft begins) it comes out to 4" in that shot. Applying the same rate of compression of the remote to the cock that is occupying the same physical area, it of course comes out to 8.5" along the top in that shot, of course a larger number along the side.

Meh, he's claimed anywhere between 8.5"-9.5" inches on here before, and considering all the variables that go into measuring a cock (erection strength, angle of measure, location of the measuring point, and blah blah blah), that seems imminently believable at least looking at that dick. There's far more excessive claims on here, and I'm not entire sure one shot is the measure of all things, though it is a good guideline.
