Hello everyone,

In 2020 I want to make some MAJOR changes to my body, but I need some advice and assistance to get myself going in the right direction.

1. Weight Loss: I need to lose a massive amount of weight for health and vanity reasons (just being honest). I realize there is no miracle method to weight loss (2nd time losing it), but that 1-2 lb a week shit is for the birds. I can fart and lose a damn pound. I need faster results. I would ike to lose the weight within 5-6 months if possible. If not at least by my next birthday In August 2020. What would be a good at home workout and supplement to use? Most of my weight is in my stomach so that is my trouble area. Again I know that the pills won't do all the work, but I also realize that I need some help since my metabolism is D.O.A until I take something. I'm also considering going vegan next year if that will help. This food is pumped full of nasty chemicals that are making me sick and retain weight.

Current Stats:

Height: Short as fuck (5'8)
Current weight: 256 pounds
Goal Weight: Getting back to the 150-160 range
Age (If it matters): 36

2. Body Hair: I am sick of having an excessive amount of body hair. It looks good on other men, but on me it looks horrendous. I'm really want to know how to get rid of this unsightly hair esp on my chest, shoulders, back and ass. Facial hair too. I would shave my legs, but that might look kinda weird. I can't afford laser hair removal at the moment so I need some alternatives.

3. Build-A-Booty 2.0: I'm obsessed with having a nice ass. I know that everyone can't have a ass shaped like a vinyl record, but this fucker is flat and that is completely unacceptable! I need to know some exercises that I can do at home to get a more round shaped booty WITHOUT gettting bulky legs.

4. Big Hair Redefined: Yes the 80's are over, but having a lot of hair on your head doesn't have to end. I need to find a way to make my hair start growing again. It's thinning out and I'm scared it won't grow back. Right now it's shoulder length and I want to grow it much longer iof possible. What products can I get start my hair growing again?

Well....
I'll start with the easy ones first.
Hair removal: shave, laser, or waxing.
That's it. Nothing new under the sun here.
Shaving/trimming can be a pain. But, once you get into a routine, it's not terrible.

Hair growth: also, nothing new. There are a few drugs and topical treatments that have very marginal success. And some of them can be stressful on your body.
We get older and hair doesn't want to stick around for many/most of us.

Your butt: outside of getting implants (that no reputable doctor would do, due to lousy success rates), you are mostly restricted by genetics. You can do squats and lunges and hip thrusters to help build some muscle back there.... You might have some success. But, you might not. Some folks just can't grow a butt. Genetic limitations.

Now, as far as what you want to do about your weight....
A few points...
A good general rule is if you lose the weight slowly, it's more likely to be fat.
If you lose it quickly, it's likely to be water and muscle.
Some math for you:
At your height, weight, and age, you need about 2900 calories a day to maintain your weight. So, times seven equals 20,300 calories a week.
A pound of body weight is roughly 3500 calories.
In order to achieve your goal of losing 5 pounds a week, you'd have to cut back 17,500 calories a week.
You would have to live on 2800 calories a week.... Or, 400 calories a day.
No chance in hell is that doable.... Especially for 5+ months.

Be realistic.
It's going to take a lot of work to accomplish what you want.
At best, I would suggest going for a 2lb / week loss, with a nutrition program you can do long term.
I hope this helps.
Good luck

So... an unfortunate part of life is that wanting things to be possible and thinking they should be... doesn’t mean they really are.

Socalfreak said most of what I would’ve replied with but I’ll add a few things...

1. There’s nothing wrong with your metabolism. It’s just not what you’d like it to be. Pills won’t jumpstart it and they damn sure won’t change it permanently. It simply doesn’t work that way.
2. Like fat loss... if there were a pill, potion, or program that you could pay for to regrow your hair... you wouldn’t need to ask people in a big dick forum which one to use. Everyone would already know if something actually worked reliably. Lots of people want that. LOTS. Life sucks sometimes.
3. Building a butt. I feel your pain, man. Like really. My glutes are by far my most stubborn muscles. I have a cursed, flat, white girl ass. I’ve been trying to grow it for TEN FUCKING YEARS... FML. I’ve made some progress... and there are things you can do... but damn sure not while you’re cutting calories. Those are big muscles and they’re gonna take calories to grow. P-E-R-I-O-D
Look into Brett Contreras’ stuff for the workouts... but *know* that you’re not growing a damn thing without being in a caloric surplus. Again... it just doesn’t work that way (for the most part. Definitely not with as hard as you’re looking to cut). Also... big ass without big legs ain’t gonna happen. Why would you even want it to? Personal opinion... that shit looks terrible. Kim Kardashian looks like she’s been shitting in the same diaper for about a month. Legs and ass grow/go together.

I managed to lose almost 60 lbs in 10 months, it was slow at first cuz I was so out of shape, legs and arms were so weak all I could do was walk and diet. The last two months I was losing hella weight swimming 5x a week at gym. For me the key was completely limiting sugar, no sodas at all dude! Good luck on your journey man.

I think that you injected some realism into an otherwise understandable but likely unattainable plan.

As for your butt, you have to realize that it's a muscle group, your glutes. First lose the fat and then determine how you should approach your glutes. There are different exercises that hit them in ways to make them grow in different areas. But it's impossible to determine what you need specifically without you losing that 100 pounds first.

Hope you've been able to stay on track with your goals! We all have our own journey to trek though, but it's always nice to see that other people are on similar goals. I feel like my legs have always been an area where I felt I could use some improvement. I've been working at it over the past year and I've definitely noticed a change. Leg day has become my favorite workout day, reinforced by the fact that my old underwear, shorts, pants are fitting my legs and ass more tightly. Love the feeling of seeing the changes in my body, but I just wish it wasn't so hard to get in all those calories!

Whew, you've got a big list of things you'd like to accomplish in 5 - 6 months.

Let me start by stating that it is going to take determination, dedication, and sheer will power from you to accomplish these goals.

First get plenty of rest at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Don't eat after 5:30 pm. This way you are giving your body time to digest your food before you go to bed. Don't go to bed on a full stomach. Drink plenty of water. Stay hydrated. This will help with your skin, oil follicles, etc.

If you are really serious about losing weight. Changing your bodies image, and your outlook on life. Might I suggest that you go to the gym twice a day. You won't be doing the same workout in the second workout. Perhaps just 40, 45 minutes of cardio on the second workout. I go early mornings and do a full body workout usually five days a week.

Lift weights to burn more calories post workout. Work all muscle groups. Not just your upper body. But don't forget to do cardio too.

Hair: my gut reaction would be to cut it high and tight to start with. That will give you an assessment of what is going on with your scalp and hair follicles. It's my current hair style as well. If it's just thinning from stress it'll grow back probably fairly quickly. If it's thinning from genetics it'll look better shorter than longer. But it's your hair and I'd probably at least trim the dead ends of it.

Remember that you have to eat less than you currently do in order to lose weight. This is going to be the challenge. Eat lean meat high in protein. Don't forget veggies. Eat in moderation and buy you some raw honey for those nights your sweet tooth won't leave you alone. A spoonful of honey will usually curb my sweet tooth. Also keep a jar of peanut butter on hand. A small spoonful of peanut butter will curb your after dinner appetite.

You've got this bro. Just be consistent. Don't get discouraged because you are not seeing the results you want in the time you've given yourself. Keep pressing on work through the plateaus. If you're determined to get into shape you can do it.

P. S.

Don't forget to take progress pics to track your progress. Keep us updated on your gains and losses. It'll help keep you motivated.
