Good news: Richard was shirtless in the sex scene.
Bad news: he was on top so you can only see his back.
Worse news: he wasn't having sex with a man))))

BTW movie's great, a couple of unexpected plot twists (no spoilers!), and watching Richard, Barry, Kit and several other cast members was a big delight

I was thinking about Froy laughing so fucking loud at that "sex" scene.

I did watch Eternals. Yes, it's a bit long, runtime should have been like an hour and 45 mins or so. Richard Madden's Ikaris was great but not well-written, his plot twist was kind of weird, but it was interesting. His overall character is interesting, it's just that his motivations are questionable, for a movie that has certain points that were crammed together.

I personally think Eternals is great. It stands on its own yet the world-building, the lore, are so vast. I recommend you guys watching it. Fuck the critics

Agree!!! Critics and part of the publics are just white cishetero dudes! The movie is great, the representation is amazing just like Phastos and his husband and son. Ikaris is charming, handsome, sweet and stronge... well, I just loved his plot twist and Richard did a fantastic job... and I think this is it, I don't know if a want to see Ikaris again, and Richard should have this masive experience and move on, don't be a prisoner of Marvel/ Disney.

Articles like that is one of the issues with the media, what I pointed out when I talked about their hypocrisies and double standards. They have no problem highlighting and gossiping about hetero relationships, confirmed or rumored. Yet, when it comes to “queer” relationships (especially male-male relationships) it’s suddenly about respecting privacy. It would be fine if that were just some basic gossip rag, but this is Cosmo. They should know better. While there’s also a bit of passive aggressiveness with the “we don’t know who he’s been with since 2019”. There’s no way people on the Cosmopolitan staff don’t know about Froy and Brandon. But the media is also gonna find ways to be also and also to promote hetero-normalcy when it comes to conventionally good-looking, “masculine” guys.

Genuinely why do movie stars have to hide in the closet I understand it's no ones business but how many in the past have been with men and no one knows unless they are caught out or dead

If people don’t want to tell their business, don’t want folks knowing about their dimensions, sex lives, love lives, where they are in the gender, sexual, affection, romantic, emotional investment, commitment spectrum- they don’t have to say anything.
While many people struggle with fluidity, questioning, family/religious/social/career pressures, mental health issues, gay resentments, queer insecurities.

It’s a needed societal change. We need not to punish or exploit queerness, and we need not to use hetero-normalcy and hetero love as a default. While Cosmo knew exactly what they were doing. They were being messy on purpose.
