Firstly, this thread is in no way a pre-requisite for my return, i am acting off my own back.

Now, in relation to my two month absence....

...it is very simple. I broke a rule which i was fairly aware of and accordingly it was right of the moderators to take appropriate action.

I know that some of you and myself included disagree with the level of the action but it was for the mod team to decide on the best course of action to be taken and as such i would argue that any insinuation that the mod team have 'got it wrong' or made a mistake in the way they dealt with my infraction as being based on a lack of understanding of how the team arrives at their final decisions.

Much like politics, things may not be approached the same way by everybody but the most democratic decision is upheld in the end.
