They help some. They help trap the blood in the head so it stays a bit bigger. My woman says she can tell a difference that it is a bit bigger when I wear a cock ring
Ive used a few cock rings...and to be honest, they were about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike.
So i decided to make my own (I used latex folded over till it was about 3/4in wide, then cut it to the appropriate size 2in diameter and did a bit of sewing. Then i bought a plastic ring that could be squeezed onto the latex to make it tighter. (the ring is 2 and a quarter in ...diameter and about 5mm thick.)
Once Ive squeezed the blood into my cock it easily gains an inch in length...but about 1.5in in girth and its as hard as i used to be when i was 14yrs old and would get a stiffer on the school bus.....remember those stiffers?...so hard they hurt, and i always missed my stop.
