Has anybody seen a picture of Brown? A kid he was not.

Yet another reason to justify killing black people. This same stupid reason was used by Zimmerman fans.

Odd how this justification is never used for white guys. But the, how often are unarmed white guys killed by police?

This is incredibly stupid.

Assuming we're talking about his size (because, Brown was indeed a big fella), how does this in any way alter the discussion at hand? Does the cop's story become more viable because of Brown's large stature? Should the media stop referring to him as a child/young man because he's big?

Don't get it one bit. Naturally some will choose to see racism here...I just see stupid.

Kelly Thomas ring a bell?

When you go around calling him a kid, people will think that he was a sweet 12-15 year old, when this is clearly not the case.

Liars.

DOJ tried to prevent release of the video showing Brown robbing the convenience store and assault of the clerk.
1) Cop did not stop Brown due to the theft at the store
2) Brown was some distance from the car when shot
3)Theft is not a capital crime
4)Cops are not judge, jury, and executioner

For some strange reason you disagree with all the above.

He was 18 fucking years old. That's not a kid anymore.

So, he was a BIG young man? This means...what exactly?

Short of "he was bigger than most human beings, which obviously has nothing to do with whether or not he did anything to warrant being shot," there's no acceptable answer.

Ferguson Police Released Robbery Video Despite DOJ Concerns
Ferguson Police Released Robbery Video Despite DOJ Concerns

DOJ tried to prevent release of the video showing Brown robbing the convenience store and assault of the clerk.

You're late and again proving your moronic bias.

Excerpt:

The Ferguson Police Department on Friday released a video that allegedly shows Michael Brown robbing a convenience store. Critics lashed out at police, saying that the footage's release was an attempt to disparage Brown's character.

CNN revealed on Saturday that the Department of Justice found out about the video earlier this week and asked police not to make it public. According to CNN, the DOJ was worried that the footage would spark more violence in Ferguson
.

See the difference? No, of course you don't.

My bolded portion is the real atrocity in the video issue. He robbed (we'll say allegedly) a liquor store. That's what (allegedly) happened. That is a part of who Mr. Brown was...this in no way ought to cast doubt on his actions, but if a community cannot accept an honest portrayal of an individual without resorting to violence, that community should be ashamed of itself.

Note: if the popo released the video in order to cover their asses/pile dirt on Brown, isn't it reasonable to believe they'd then also allege the cop who shot him was following up on this lead, and attempting to apprehend a suspect? If nothing else, it makes for a better altercation than what they've presented.

Has there been a toxicology report and post mortem yet?

Is there evidence of the alleged gunshot in the police car?

Was he a member of the Bloods gang? And what does that mean?
