On Channel 4 last night he said the F word and the C word. Cheers Keith. RIP.

Hard living, knew how to enjoy life, made great entertainment, difficult bugger to work with by all accounts, personal life a bit of a tangled web but what a guy! RIP

His book "Floyd around the Med" lives in my kitchen.
It's a bit ragged, dog eared and splattered which shows it is oft used.
His recipes are superb and eminently "doable".

I think that will be his lasting legacy.
