It looks like his Insta is still up, but possibly shadowbanned? I can still access his page but when you search for him it doesn't come up. I sent the article to TMZ. I made a note that in addition to beating women he loves to make homophobic comments. Let's see if TMZ can verify this story and maybe get us some more details.

you can only find his account when you search for the whole instagram name, he wont get shown in the search-option because of all the nudity content he posted recently. he can't do live streams as well because of that.

You are right, the ban is most likely for male nudity and not violence against women. Instagram is very much against male nudity of any kind (however female nudity is A-OK for them).
I just checked her IG. She posted a story thanking people for the support and saying her lawyers are handling the situation. Also, when I was searching for her IG, I saw that River's IG was online.
He always has been a disgusting human, I don't know how he has so many fans.

he said a couple of times that gays are spreading aids (while dating Paris Hilton)/ some homophobic remarks
He's been constantly racist towards different nationalities/ethnicities
he also caused a fight at an airport once, etcetc. the list goes on and on.
all this happened while he was dating Paris Hilton, go figure, it seems like dude has gotten crazier by time, given what just happened recently with his ex.
I think he while he was dating Paris is especially thought he was hot shit and was probably very rude to people because he was dating the “heiress”
