This show is MADNESS! I've gone back and forth on who I thought it was, and after last night's episode, I think the first guess was right - faaaaaaack. Supposedly in the next few seasons they're changing it up though, they're suppose to be incorporating Sabrina the Teenage Witch.

Yeah, t's a pretty sweet deal. CW Network has a contract with Canadian Netflix, so almost everything that airs on the CW has next day episodes. I think this only started last year with the show "No Tomorrow", which was so good, but there could be shows I haven't heard of either.

Netflix has it in several non-U.S. countries worldwide and releases episodes the next day on the service each week. "Scream" was the first a few years back, they do it for "Designated Survivor," "Better Call Saul," "Shooter," "Pretty Little Liars," "Orphan Black" and the upcoming "Star Trek: Discovery".

Did anyone notice the huge bulges in the wrestling episode tonight? (I hope someone posts pics of that soon if possible, tia; hot af!)
This cute little teen drama has upped the gay baiting to about a 10. Tonight we had gay character Kevin who looked hot as fuck in his wrestling uniform, plus oodles of shameless skin shots of Archie all throughout the episode who in Kevin's words "looked as good as a 70's porn star." My eyes were also drawn to the rest of the wrestling team members' members (many who were deliberately covering their crotches with their caps during the wrestling match scenes, most likely to avoid being filmed with an erection). If that wasn't enough we have Bettie's newly discovered brother, a gay prostitute/web cammer added to the mix. I am looking forward to seeing who some of his 'clients ' are. This season we have also had overtly telegraphed lesbian feelings shared by both Veronica & Cheryl who both seem to want something more with Jossie then friendship. In tonight's episode, the sexual tension between Hiram and Archie was off the charts. It is clear that Gregg Berlanti is having fun with this 'wholesome' comic book series putting these actors in all kinds of sexually suggestive, aka 'gay' situations. It could have only been topped had we been given scenes of Kevin practicing with Archie (in their tight uniforms no less). We were given brief shots of Kevin defeating Archie on the mat (but the camera was noticeably tight and not very revealing in those scenes) (me thinks that was deliberate to hide some likely excitement from the actors in question).

For the CW and network tv in general this is really pushing the boundaries (in a good way) (It is 2018 after all and it's about damn time). For literally decades, network tv has paid lip service to including gay characters, but relegated them to the last 90 seconds of every 5th episode in a show's season. Most gay character's air time could be condescended down to a brief Youtube video. Tonight we had an hour of overtly gay drama. I also liked that they are trying to incorporate Kevin more into the main characters' story arcs. That is encouraging given that Kevin has been left on the margins for most of this season. I am left to wonder how many shows it took before the network brass gave Berlanti free reign on both the level of gay content and casting in the shows that he executive produces? What has changed? Did it take managing 3+ shows before you are finally given carte blanche to tell the stories the way you want to tell them? Yet Jeff Davis had his way literally and figuratively with the cast of Teen Wolf on his first time at bat as executive producer of Teen Wolf. Would love to hear from those in the industry what it takes to keep the network brass off your back and from killing gay story lines.
