During an interview with Mama’s Geeky for his new film Simulant, Robbie Amell jokes that he has cornered the market on characters who die and come back as some form of artificial intelligence. This was the perfect lead-in to talk about one of my favorite Sci-Fi series, Upload.

Upload Season 3 has been confirmed, but Robbie just let us know that it is completed, which means hopefully it is coming soon.

Robbie explains that he was supposed to go watch the finished Upload season 3 in Los Angeles at creator Greg Daniel‘s house in a few weeks, but he’s in Vancouver for another project.

“This season is really funny and super weird and way, way out there. There’s two of me, which was a trip to shoot. I’m shooting opposite somebody who just looks like me from behind and then I’m shooting opposite nothing. And then I’m shooting opposite a green thing. It was crazy. I think it’ll come out this Fall. I’m really excited for this season. I think it’s really cool,” Robbie details.

Upload Season 3 should be coming to Prime Video by Fall 2023.
