I met him several years ago at The Polo Lounge. It was near closing time and he came in all alone. He sat down, ordered a pot of tea, drank it and then left. As he was leaving he passed our table and I said hello. He stopped and chatted with us for about 5 minutes. He said he was staying at the hotel because he was having some work done on his house.
