The Lighthouse's director Robert Eggers said in this interview around minute 44 that there was supposed to be an erect penis scene in the movie but the production company told him to remove it. He didn't said which character it was, but it's obviously Rob since he has that masturbation scene.
It's a shame, however I'm pretty sure that if they had included that scene they would have probably used a well made prosthetic or a body double, I doubt Rob would show his erect penis on a big screen lol. A man can dream tho.
