I haven't actually watched myself do it, however I can tell you from my husbands comments that it does come out with some force. Although I have never actually measured the amount of fluid, based on how wet the towel and the two of us get, it probably is around 0.5-1 cup of fluid total. I usually ejaculate two to three times so each one would be less than that. Also, I don't always squirt out the same amount. In terms of where it all comes from? I have no idea.
