The facial change is potential just due to him getting older. I mean he is at that age where a person's face starts changing.

Yeeaaah but he's only 22. It's from his bulking routine and it's going to his face. That doesn't happen with everybody when that happens, but with super sharp facial features like he has, the excess bulk has to go somewhere

He’s likely bulking with toxic foods. I see many of these gym bros in my FYP on tiktok and their faces remain angular and pronounce during cutting or bulking seasons. Muscle weighs more than fat so his face shouldn’t look like that.

Of course I’m no expert either. My idea of a healthy meal is a crunchy taco and margaritas.

He's a super heavy drinker, so that really doesn't help. It still start to give him a belly from being unable to metabolize all the sugar in the alcohol properly.
