I hate dealing with these...
i am always torn by my absolute belief in standing behind a woman's claims over something so serious, and the absolute necessity for granting a person the presumption of innocence...
when things take a year like this, it always makes me suspiscious...i understand it may be hard for a woman to come forward, and may take some time, but if this indeed happened, and she did not immediately go to the police, how is this going to look, if she does it a year later, never fils criminal charges, but files a civil suit....
if this really happened, then charges should be pursued, but how can one wait so long without hopelessly clouding the prospects for justice if it did indeed happen?
These are always disastrous to everyone...either the unfortunate victim of an actual incident, or the wrongly accused "pepetrator" in a money-motivated hoax.
