If by bitter, you mean realistic, then you bet your sweet ass.

I suppose if I had worded it, “Who did this new player with little to no credits to his name befriend to get such a central, pivotal role in the third entry of such an established franchise?“ then maybe your delicate sensitives would have been less offended?

Which bothered you the most? How I worded it or the fact that I’m not wrong?

I‘m not just another incredibly sexy face hat rack my friend- I’ve seen more than my fair share of rodeos (that’s literally and Showbiz figuratively).

Hollywood is Hell’s Waiting Room. It’s all surface. Nothing is real. “The Hollywood Dream” will consume everything real and good and true in anyone who thinks they can beat it.

These “nice“ celebrities are actors. They cut throats, sleep around and up, and rationalize anything to get ahead.

The way that world works: an inexperienced, not strong actor, not super handsome, and a nobody like this dude, he got cast via favor owed, bet lost, sexual favor, or some indentured servitude terms to be determined.

Sorry amigo. The entertainment world don’t hand out help outs. It’s all how you look, who you know, who you do. or who you have to offer to do.

Sorry. Reality can be cynical.
That's not reality. Halloween is filled with new and fresh actors without much history. Fuck Halloween was Jamie's first movie... You're not realistic, you're just cynical.

I liked Corey Cunningham in Halloween Ends.

I did too. The major mistake was not introducing him earlier in the franchise, then I think it would have been less push back. I liked the idea of this type of character and it actually makes a lot of sense in a world were Michael Myers exists. The director's execution was just wrong and so there was much push back.

If Corey had been seeded into both 2018 and Kills, I do think it might have helped the character but Rohan Campbell did great with what he was given.

Also Halloween isn't going to be rested as a franchise so it does need to evolve a bit. No more Michael vs. Laurie. That well has truly dried up at this point.
