He does mail order only. I first found out about him when I bought
Gary Griffin's book "The Penis - Fact or Phallusy" from an ad in the back of a magazine. In the book was a picture of a kid (18) with a 13.5 penis. The book is garbage, but the Ron Fox pics are priceless.
