Hi,
I've got a Bathmate HydroMax7 and an Andropenis Extender on the way.
I've read a lot of different routines and info on PE. The basics I get is, start slow, take it easy at first, get rest and build up to an advanced routine after a month for better PH.
I'll be doing towel or shower warm ups before every session. Then Jelqing for the warm up to get everything loose 10-20 mins. Extender for 5-8hours (after a month of building up). Then bathmate for the recommended time after taking off the extender, on moderate intensity (mainly to get the blood flowing after the two previous parts of the routine and to add girth).
I'll be doing this 5 days a week. I'm pretty healthy anyway so with the gym and my diet, so no blood flow concerns.
I'll also be getting a circumcision soon, due to general and sexual health reasons. Which I imagine will make it easier.
Has anyone got any similar experiences with this kind of routine or if you have another that's worked for you then how does it compare to this?
I'm just above average anyway, and I'm confident enough in my ability perform for it not to be a massive deal for it not to work for me. However, I'd just like a little more, maybe get between 7.5-8 just because it looks nice and obviously would be a bonus.
Please be honest and open, it seems there's a lot of negativity with these PE forums and I'm really mostly interested in positive experiences which have given people a new lease of life.
