Anyone surprised that Rove is now being scrutinized regarding the unavailability of some e-mails pertaining to the attorneys Gonzales fired?

You knew that one was coming. ....Once the news reported that Rove was using email accounts outside of the White House email accounts, you knew that emails were going to conveniently vanish into the ether... a convenient technological error... It's all about plausible deniability.


I wouldn't be surprised if the hard drives on the email servers have been overwritten with data several times at this point.

And how could he say he didn't know that his emails were being deleted from the server? It's easy to tell, if you know the simplest damn thing about how email works.

And he should, if he's been in business at all during the time 1980-present.
