How does his responses indicate social disorders? Just wondering.
Its his obsessive, unending need to get 'the final word'. If you were to look thru this thread, and others, he is absolutely obsessed with this topic, and posts endless posts about ridiculous measurement techniques, etc. Its borderline personality disorder. :D

Wrong is relative. And, perception is reality. Best of luck with your 'issues'. Winky face.

I wouldn't say wrong is relative. For any comparison to be meaningful, you want to minimize the variance in measuring techniques. Otherwise, the person measuring under their balls and the one from their base will be measuring two different things, which really distorts the reality of size.

With that said, there are people on this site who quibble about the most minute details in pics. For example, locks of people say things like " I can't see the bottom of the ruler clear enough" as if a hard ruler could go anywhere but where it is being placed. It's not like measuring tape or anything. This is the type of meticulous quibbling that is unnecessary.

Regarding the measuring debate; in my opinion the method most consistent between/among people is bone-pressed. It's a hard limit, as it were, and minimizes variations due to BMI. We all have different amounts of body fat down there, and this of course varies over time, and varies considerably from a standing position to lying flat on our backs. Which of course then changes the measurement. So while the OP can certainly ask for a specific measurement, it's also reasonable to use BP'd.

Just to leave my mark here since it's the ultimate site reference. NBP ruler length

people say things like " I can't see the bottom of the ruler clear enough" as if a hard ruler could go anywhere but where it is being placed.

I can't see the bottom of the ruler clear enough ;)
How can we tell it's NBP if we can't see it? None of your measured pics show it clearly. Wasn't there a way to avoid that shadow right over the base?

With a little gamma boost it becomes obvious that your measurement isn't a 100% true NBP. Also the cock/body angle looks fishy, why didn't you just stand, like you know you should?

Close, but not a legit 8" NBP in my book.
This is the type of meticulous quibbling that is unnecessary.

This is the type of meticulous quibbling that is necessary to highlight the little adjustments made to a correct measurement in order to gain a little something here and there.

Re my own changes in body fat over the lat last 3 years my own flaccid length has gone up nearly 3/4 inch. But of course bp length is much the same.

Some say it's cheating but imo it's only fair way, as per medical studies.

Lol because it's difficult to self-shoot, while standing and keeping your little one extended out. Not all of us having self-timed cameras, but we've already been over this part. In any case, standing would only benefit me, not take length away, so this is quibbling.

I could see if the ruler was extending from my inner thigh or something, but it isn't. It's on the base, your dispute is whether or not it's pressed (though not necessarily bone-pressed) is just complicating the matter. As I said before, even if it were pressed, but not to the bone, that is still NOT Bp by definition. It isn't, but just a FYI.

Further, I could pick apart minute details in your BP pic in the same way, like accusing you of shaving down the edge of the ruler or measuring too much to the side or whatever, but I don't. There is difference between being overly skeptical and employing good context clues and situational reasoning to decipher relatively accurate measurement.

But please don't force me to debate you all day, I have work to do lol.

You seem to like the debate, since you keep on posting questionable pics that you perfectly know are going to be criticized.

In any case, standing would only benefit me, not take length away

As you perfectly know, it's a matter of cock/body angle. If it's anything over 90°, it adds to the reading because more shaft is exposed at the base. Standing makes it easy to check if the angle is corrrect. Sitting makes it easy to surreptitiously use an incorrect angle.

your dispute is whether or not it's pressed (though not necessarily bone-pressed) is just complicating the matter. As I said before, even if it were pressed, but not to the bone, that is still NOT Bp by definition.

It's not BP, but it's not NBP either. As you perfectly know.
From the OP: "Please don't post if you can't see the beginning of the ruler".

I could pick apart minute details in your BP pic in the same way, like accusing you of shaving down the edge of the ruler...

See attachments.

...or measuring too much to the side or whatever, ...

As you perfectly know, that's precisely why I posted two pics in the other thread: one better lit but slightly off center, the other dead center, both showing the exact same reading.

...but I don't.

You just did. And it's totally fine, I'm all for constructive criticism.

There is difference between being overly skeptical and employing good context clues and situational reasoning to decipher relatively accurate measurement.

Yeah, "relatively". It's either accurate or it's not.

Jealous. Lol

Lol, that's the first time someone uses that argument against me.

you are really the only person who criticizes my pics in particular, @sdp.

The pics really aren't that questionable. I could be unmitigated skeptic towards your attachments, look: "the ruler pics could've been taken prior to the shaving and subsequent measuring" someone in another thread has tried to point out the positioning of BP, but i I think you ignored it. I didn't think it was constructive either, like I said there is good and bad criticism. If someone is clearly measuring from under, or the side, and claiming their soft tape measurement in a ruler thread, then call them out.

But your criticism here is flimsy. Bone pressed is bone pressed whether you like it or not, an indention from the a metal ruler to the skin doesn't make it not a legitimate NBP.

Just for you, I'm only 8 when slightly/partially pressed (though not bone pressed). There. I'm not going to shave just end to this quibble, so it's best to leave it here.

From a few weeks ago, it's hard to get a good shot with one hand, without having your cock drift downward (which takes away from the length). This is standing up. Even with it CLEARLY bending down (an imperfection you won't quibble about, as it doesn't support skepticism) it still there. Again, please employ your reasoning here. It's not hard
