    Yet another story about Congress members and insider trading. They've written the laws in such a way that the laws don't apply to themselves....how clever :rolleyes: How can anyone possibly have faith that the problems of our country will be solved through diplomacy? They don't care about you, revolt really is the only answer ladies and gentlemen.

    Studies have shown that Congress members tend to have higher returns on stock investments than the average person...and it's not because they're financial gurus as we all know by now

    No, it doesn't logically follow that Congress-people must make positive returns if they outperform the average retail investor. It might mean they make slightly better negative returns, for example.

    Unless you're implying that the studies spell out specific ROR... in which case: link please.
