Running Programs at Higher Priorities

    Hiding in the light...
    I've been using fedora so long I've forgot how to do this... I need to run a program at a higher priority, and I need it to automatically make it's priority higher upon launch. BTW... this needs to be under Vista. Can you guys give me some tips?
