I voted for Gigi. She is just so far ahead in wins. 4 wins, no bttms, 3 mini-challenge wins. And if this is All Stars rules, she has 5 wins due to the first episode. I just don't see her not winning, she's too far ahead in points.

I would love Crystal to win! I just love her <3
I genuinely think she could be the next Alaska. She's found her groove and style by the end, and come All Stars she will slayyyyyyy EVERY challenge.

I don’t know why I just find Gigi unlikeable.
But do we need to like them? I don't know, I've never been bothered who I 'love most' winning, it's who deserves it most. I loved Cracker most in Season 10, but Aquaria deserves the crown for doing the best. And Gigi really did slay this season; by a country mile.

Hoping for Jaida, have loved her ever since the Jeff Goldblum episode. But still open-minded to the other 2 winning if they do the best in the finale tonight.

All that seems to be out the window now though since Yvie won last season with only 1 challenge win.

I would have been happy with any of them, think they all offer something the other doesn't, but was happy they went with Jaida. Since season 9, I think Aquaria was the only one with the most wins to actually win her season so I think track records have started to matter less.

Well yes and no. I think stats do normally matter, to some degree. Yes Alaska and Aquaria are the only winners since S9 with technically the best stats if we count only wins/bttms. Sasha was technically only 1 point away from Shea if you count all the tops, lows, etc. And EVEN THEN she had to cart out the best lipsync ever to win. S11 is interesting. Yvie only had 1 win, BUT she had the second best run of being in the Top in Drag Race HERstory (only Jinx was in the top more in a row). And Yvie 100% won that last challenge, why they didn't make it official I don't know. Which puts her on equal footing to Brooke. Add to that Ru has never crowned someone in a regular season with 2 times in the bottom... her win makes a lot of sense. And she turned out an EPIC lipsync and look to seal the deal.

AS3 and AS4 don't count, because of shenanigans.

So that leaves S12. And... look, I get it. Jaida is the queen we need right now. She'll be a great crowned queen. In this one instance I think stats were put aside. I get it. But I think by and large stats DO matter, not necessarily the most wins, but overall points across the whole season. For example Kennedy won that lipsync, but stats of the final 2 won AS3 for Trixie. Monet won that lipsync, but her stats weren't enough to take the crown on her own accord. Stats do matter.

A lot of this mathematics relies on a system that doesn't exist in the show itself though, which really only counts wins/bttms. So in terms of a 'score' there's no basis for how many 'points' a top/low is worth, so this is all fan conjecture/speculation imo. Plus these scores produce weird outcomes - Shea won twice as many challenges as Sasha but because she lip-synched once she's only one point ahead? Plus if you apply your Yvie logic, Shea also '100% won' the rap challenge too so had 3 more wins than Sasha. So imo, its true to say that that Sasha, Yvie, Trixie, and Monet all won without having the most wins their season.

I actually don't mind this new format, it makes the show more interesting and I think leads to less 'producing' during the season itself. I just think its hypocritical that when Sasha beats Shea its fine but when Jaida beats Gigi its some like calculated political move and that we have to invent scores and assign random numbers to them to justify those outcomes.
