They don't live too far from me in NYC. Both used to escort, but I think they make enough from OF right now to not need to do that. Yes, it's income. To make matters worse, OF doesn't pay out to corporations or LLCs, so it's all personal income, which makes it much harder to offset expenses against. The side effects of the money all these guys have made in 2020 is gonna follow them for the next 5-7 years until they can pay off their tax bills.
