I saw it for the first time a couple of years or so ago. Not the greatest film ever but it's very watchable if you like looking at Ryan Philippe (which I assume most people in this thread do!).

I mean that’s the only reason to watch it . Definitely not for the storyline .

Take it for what it is worth but someone claiming to work inside Hollywood wrote the below in the “Celebs in and out of the closet” thread about Ryan. I am completely intrigued by it and would love to learn more. I buy it. A guy that hot could have just about any women or man he desired to sleep with. And take THIS for what it's worth, as well. A VERY long time ago, I was working on a production in Florida. On the flight back to Los Angeles, I sat next to the young actor who starred in the production. He was 18 at the time, very new to the business, but insanely hot and sexy and definitely fell into the category of a Ryan Philippe type. When I mentioned this, the actor said, "That guy. Do you know him?" I regretfully admitted, not personally, then aksed, "Do you?" He told me how he met Ryan through an acting coach, the two of them talked for a bit and he seemed like a cool guy. Ryan offered to share his advice on things an up and coming actor like the 18 year old could really use, but their conversation was cut short because Ryan had a bunch of errands to run. Unless... the young actor wasn't doing anything... and wanted to join him. The next thing he knows, the young actor is at The Beverly Center, shopping for clothes with Ryan. Yes, I can hear some of you rolling your eyes, typing "Fag Fiction" in your reply before even getting to the end. BUT, this is what the young actor told me. This is his story I'm sharing. According to him, this really happened. So, the two boys had been hanging together for about 3 hours or so, seemingly fast friends. Ryan asks the young actor, "What are you doing this weekend?" He tells the young actor he should come with him to Palm Springs for the White Party. It's a huge event, once a year. The young actor is thrilled. Until he starts sharing the news with people who know what the White Party is. When the actor was telling me this part of the story on the plane, he asked, "Do you know what the White Party is?" I said, "Uh...I know everyone wears white attire. And I'm pretty sure everyone is gay." The young actor nodded, "I didn't know Ryan Philippe was gay. I thought he was married to Reese Witherspoon." I asked the young actor, "Was he hitting on you?" He said, "It didn't seem like it in the moment, but when he played things back in his head... pretty much..." I told the actor, "Dude, you'd be insane not to hit that perfect ass." I'm kidding. I didn't say anything. I was too busy imagining Ryan Philippe and the young actor fucking in every way possible. Even though I keep saying "young actor", this was a 6'1", blonde hair, blue-eyed, ripped All American stud. He would have punished Ryan something awful. Of course, in my fantasy, Ryan punishes the young actor just as bad. All weekend. In conclusion: The young actor did not go to the White Party with Ryan, but if you check the gossip columns and blind items circa 2000, Palm Springs White Party, it was no secret Ryan was in attendance. What any of this means or doesn't mean, who knows, who cares? I had something to contribute, so I did.

The young actor went on to be a very successful TV star and still is today. I'll never say who he is. You can probably figure out.
