Anyone have any more pics of this gorgeous man? He's a doctor, or at least was for a while, on Instagram as dr.ryantalks. I think he still he is, but I remember he was in Germany (?) for a bit, but then had a change of heart/mind/career(?). Anyway he's buff as fuck with a great smile and a cute boyfriend.
