Yes, my opinion is that I have never read a larger number of unsupported claims in one article than this one.
No, but it is a good example of the elliptical reasoning throughout the article. The author is not really interested in good reasoning. As jason said, its kind of a propaganda piece, which relies more on innuendo than it does on scholarship.I agree with you JA...of course Gore doesn't set the agenda. I don't think, however, that was the crux of the article. Is that really all you got from that?
Hi Jason and JA...I assume you're watching the State of the Union address. I tend to think that this is much more dangerous propaganda then the article I posted. Jason...I'm just curious, what makes you think the powers that be are not organized? I certainly don't agree with everything stated in that post but I do think that there is an agenda in place that we as individuals really don't have any real influence over. Power as I know it leads me to believe that there is no ceiling and absolutely no end to it. Therefore, the few who hold that power are more inclined to wield it then to share it, just based on human nature. I expected a bit more discussion on this...
Good point Jason...but who's to say the falls and rises, and a whole host of other things are being carried out in the shadows? and what makes you think they are not doing a great job?...actually Switzerland is not a bad choice. QEll would have been certainly replaced by now and as far as the reptilian brethren?...I wouldn't believe everything David Ickes has to say...lol
