personally dont think sexuality has anything whattsoever to do with this weeks US mass shooting .. associate sexualioty with such, just trys to get away from the fact

already less than a week later, its probably not on 1/2 the minds of American citizens, that a gun caused all this devestation
minimal mention of it, but gay/lgbt/Islam/Muslim/ everythinhng else but ..
some of you folk have that fascination and love having free access to guns and there use/abuse of, plain and simple

have the fear of living within you,im afraid
a paranoia instilled from birth

we knew that a week ago, when the fuckwits endorsed Trump ..

anmd give it up 100pc American gays, sto[ trying to suss out if it was/is a gay matter
who gives a flying Fck, its your archaic F'n gun laws, no doubt about it
gets to be a running on empty when theres not much sympathy left for your cry of
geesus another mass shooting?>

and
there was an eye witness or his mate who stated they were not all Gays in the club... get over it, gays and strs mix these days, nothings edxclusive no more ..

Orlando is not a gun issue. Don’t let anti-gun politics miss lead you. If the political anti-gun group was actually interested in saving lives they would ban (and enforce the ban) on use of cell phones in moving cars. Cell phone usage is now linked to nearly one half of all auto accidents in the US.

Save the gun argument for another day and don’t allow it to hide what happened in Orlando. The tragedy could have occurred with a Boston style bomb, explosives in a truck, or rupture to a gas main.

Hate is what happened in Orlando. The question is how was it created and what can be done to prevent its reoccurred.
Weak!

Tell me how many tragic mass murders have been caused by bombs or explosives in a truck in the past ten years? Let's make it easier, five years?
.
It was hate that happened in Orlando. Hate led to murder...which was made easier and larger by the use of guns. This murderer used GUNS, not Boston style bombs or explosives in a truck, but GUNS.

Guns and access to them was a factor in this shooting - obviously but it is more complex than that. The shooter was infused with religious views that were homophobic - he was raised with them and extreme elements of his faith re-iterated them. He also MAY have been distressed about his own sexuality and the conflicts with his upbringing, his faith and how his father would react to him if he knew. The gun did not kill those people on its own, but the current climate about guns contributed to the problem. It's a lot more complex than you want perceive it.

While it is true that not all of the people in the club were gay, not all of the people anywhere are all one thing either. Still this club is in a famous among gays resort - the Parliament House and the vast majority of the people there were in fact gay and their sexuality was a significant part of the target. That str8 people also were there is no shock - there were str8 people at Stonewall too. It has always been that way.

Sorry there isn't a simple U Tube clip to post do give the issue the requisite depth to make it understandable to you but you seem more interested in finding another of the endless reasons you have to attack the U.S. for not meeting your lofty expectations - an issue which seems to consume the vast majority of your waking hours.

look thru the lines spoken FFS, bloody boring when youve got somoeone thinking its there duty to correct eveything to there line of thought ..
Americans tend to have that built in crap feature/look at yiour govt/wants everything its way

i know everythings more complex than what it seems to be, but GUNS as mentioned by Sfront are what i am talking about,as well

Follow you around? Are you serious? You are in every thread everyday - with essentially the same message. People discuss and debate here - it's the nature of the beast. I disagreed with what you said - and apparently you did too. Compared to the number of times you post and I do disagree with you my responses are few and very far between. Yet at the same time you want me to post more on other topics you also post on. The logic is a little overwhelming - if you don't mind me pointing that out.

49 murdered and 50 wounded by high-velocity bullets from an automatic weapon IS a gun-violence issue. You're confusing the motive, hate, with the crime.
Tragedy??? This is not a tragedy--it's not theater, it's not a play, it's mass murder.
Hate isn't the only thing that 'happened' in Orlando: 49 dead and 50 wounded is what criminally 'happened' in Orlando.
Your rhetorical posturing is bullshit.

What happened to "mobilizing the military' as you suggested?
I didn't suggest he do it. You had made a statement about it would have happened if xyz had been attacked. I stated it was the president who made those decisions. He isn't going to do it. Instead he's going to promote gun control, and Hillary.
The United States is at war within. How long until we fall?

You said he could which of course he can't. Mobilize the military against psychopathic Americans with AR-15s? That's not going to happen.

How long before we fail? All the great powers before the US have failed. No reason why the US can't.

Though is the US actually united or rather just patched together?

I didn't say against Islamic Americans. I had interpreted it to mean Islamic nations. The United States is patched together. Politicians have given away our jobs through trade agreements that enrich the wealthy, and kill the working class. In return, the politician too is enriched. It has already engaged in the self-destructive policies of Rome, and other societies. It's only a matter of time.

There is nothing new under the sun. Mankind is what mankind is. If we survive, highly unlikely, maybe the next evolutionary step will bring about a different more enlightened being. Greed is humanity's achilles heel and we promote and admire those qualities in our leaders. Every institution both private and public is obsessed with "growth" in a finite world. To say nothing of the incessant genital friction that produces more and more humans for the planet to feed and house.

Years ago, I read that the earth can only support 5 billion people. We are now well past 7 billion and growing. The pentagon said the next major war would be over food. I believe it.

Exactly and ++ water to that.

Water wars are coming

If anyone doesn't think a disaster is at hand and indeed is already happening aren't paying attention. Noting the plague hardly was a blip:

Humanity right now is basically living off the fat of the land built up over millions of years. And that "fat" is about gone but we have no idea how to recalibrate and live within what the planet has to offer.

The next evolutionary step is a glow in the dark roach. Mankind is going to blow up the earth with nuclear weapons. Only roaches can fully remain.

++rats and insects. So far we've been unable to wipe them out despite our best efforts.
