Rex-Since you make your partners get tested, and this is not a bad thing like some are claming it's an issue of control, do you also get tested?

I do agree with the people who say that it's a lot easier to use condoms on your cock/toys. Do you not give oral sex to women at all, or do you use dental dams for that?

Most HIV infections are detected after 4 weeks with the new generation tests.

90% of people have fever or flu like symptoms if they have Acute HIV infection.

The 6 month window period is for extremely rare case.

Even if my system fails and does not catch an infected person the risk per act is still 0.04% (that's 2.000 times sex).

Of course I won't use my strategy in South Africa, but in a country with a 1% HIV infection rate this works.

Let me calculate the risk for you:

1% (risk per country person is infected) *
10% (chance that my test failed, this number is probably a lot lower) *
0.04% (risk per exposure via vaginal contact)

= 0.00% (0.00004%)

I guess if you are dead set on not using condoms then this strategy is pretty good. What I don't understand is why you don't have sex on the first occasion with a condom. You'd rather just not have intercourse at all than have it with a condom?

And I'm surprised you aren't concerned about herpes. It's not deadly like HIV but it is much more common than HIV among women and also incurable. Have you tested negative for both HSV-1 and HSV-2? Would you be willing to be tested by the women before sex?

And what types of condoms have you tried? Are they all too tight or something?

Condoms are nearly 100% effective if used properly - i.e. you use the right size, you put it on properly, you use lube, you change it after 30 minutes, and you take it off properly.
God I'd want a body condom with you - an extra strong one at that.

May I ask.
Do you use dental dams when you go down on your girlfriend?
How about gloves when you finger her?

The risk for oral sex is 0.004% and the risk for vaginal is 0.04%

So, let me get this straight - Chlamydia - worth a piece of ass. Gonorrhea - worth a piece of ass. Hepatitis A,B,C, etc. - worth a piece of ass. Genital warts - worth a piece of ass. Herpes - worth a piece of ass. Syphilis - worth a piece of ass.

Wow - I must be so out of touch with things.

LOL - I can see you talking to your doctor:

Doctor - "How did you get syphilis?"
You - "Don't know but it was worth it!"

QFT!
I think your strategy is insane as Fredro noted first.
Why you would be willing to take such a risk is really disturbing to me.
Use condoms every time and dental dams unless you have both been tested in your doctors office every time you have unprotected sex. As others have noted if they had sex the week before your home test won't catch a damn thing.
I have never found that using condoms inhibit sex, catching herpes
or "the clap" does however!
Try using Trojans in the yellow pack {lubed} they are very thin but safe.

I use condoms occasionally on the first time. I have them in the right size, it's still a mess to put them on. I'm not 100% against condoms.

Condoms just don't match my idea of hot and long sex. They are fine if it's a quick 10 minutes set, but if you are into hours of fun they are a big obstacle and a huge turn off.

It's unpractical. It reduces feelings to 10%. I don't like it. The girl doesn't like it. Nobody really likes condoms and they provide no much better protection then my system ... if not worser since you will have sex with untested partners.

What's the difference if your doctor does a rapid test or you do it?
It's pretty much the same test unless you do an ELISA/Western Blot test.

Before having unprotected sex with a partner do you also check them for HEP A,B,C, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, Crabs, Genital Warts, Syphilis, HPV, ...?

You didn't answer my questions about herpes.

You are using your right NOT to use condoms but you need a stronger reasoning for an argument.

Hey, seatbelts are not FUN either

This isn't going to work unless before every sex session you screen your partner through a myriad of tests, wait for those results to arrive, and by that time, I bet you would lose your erection.

If we are talking about serious relationships, then of course, that's a different matter.

COwboyrex - you are still an idiot - I'm a heterosexual woman - I've worked as an escort - of course I use dental dams when a man is going down on me. Let me tell you condoms make absolutely no difference to how it feels - your problem is psychological not physical. I used extra strong condoms with all my clients - for everything. If they ever had a problem I used to tell them they were featherlite - not one out of the 1000s I slept with ever noticed the difference, all came spectacularly and noone complained - and more importantly no one contracted an incurable disease.
As for the women - in my experience most would prefer with condoms, there is absolutely no difference for a women in terms of how it feels - what possible difference could it make.
Your little tests are still not going to work though if the girl has contracted HIV a couple of weeks before you test her is it? Absolutely nut job you are, really can't believe your ignorance and absolute lack of respect both for your health and that of your partners.
If the girls go for your ' testing ' shit then they are extremely naive - god knows what other shit thety've fallen for in the past - possibly 'Don't worry love I haven't got HIV!'
Un-bloody-believable.

Basically Cowboyrex - you just can't be arsed to ensure your safety - if you can't be arsed to do that it doesn't say much for what else you can be botheres to do in bed to be honest.

Or really desperate for sex.

I know that if someone demanded I take an HIV test before they would have sex with me, I'd tell the to go fuck themself. When and how I get tested is my personal decision and no one else is going to tell me how or when to do it.

To underline how ridiculously selfish you are, your only concern is that you do not get HIV. However in the meantime you are passing around clamydia to these women - which may leave them infertile, and HPV which increases their chances of contracting cervical cancer to around 100%. Do you care that you may be consigning someone's daughter to an early death? Most probably not.
Maybe you already have syphillis and are at the third stage where it effects your brain?

Fredro - I just can't believe that this guy wants to risk his own health and other people. AS an ex-escort I always think that anyone prepared to go bareback with unknown partners (even with partners :) is either horrendously ignorant of medical facts or else has nothing to lose.

Do you have an idea how many times women actually initiate bareback sex? There is no talking involved, they are just horny to the max and jump on the cock like it's candy ...

If any of my partners should have acquired HIV recently then there would be signs of an Acute HIV infection in the last 3 months.

I am using condoms.

If I go bare or went bare then the test is taken. And the questions are asked.

This is the same strategy used in the porn industry, where people fuck with a lot more different people than I do.

You sir sound like a broken record. No matter how many times people have disproven your little theory you keep repeating the same three or four lines over and over again.

Simply put no matter what some woman tells you she can always be telling you a lie. She could tell you she hasn't had sex with anyone for a year and in reality she screwed some random guy in the club last week and contracted HIV without even knowing it. In cases like that your little system WILL NOT work. And we're not even talking about the other myriad of STD's she could have contracted and will pass on to you. Simply put if you think your system is more successful at preventing the transmission of STDs and HIV than condoms then you're more than just a bit daft.

ScorpioSLut - I couldn't agree more - he conveniently ignores the part where his system fails drastically. There have also been more than few cases of it failing in the porn world. Enough said - what an idiot!

It's not a terrible idea, but it's a hell of a lot less safe than using a condom.

Which is very, very, very easy to do.
