I’m right at 7 and want to be 7.5.

I’ve always been afraid of hurting myself with Jelqing. But I read another thread about doing 100 strokes 3 times per week and then applying vitamin E oil.

I know there’s lots of experience on here and if anyone has advice I’d love to read it!

Hey @Belieber!

First off: There are many different existing techniques for PE (jelqing, pumping, stretching, clamping, etc.), with varying degrees of effectiveness, depending on your body. What might work wonders for one person, might not work at all for another - so trying out what works best for you is key.

With that being said, jelqing imo is one of the safest and most effective methods out there - many people (me included) have had success in permantly gaining both length and girth. Because you can easily manage the amount of pressure and tension, there usually is little chance of injury. However, jelqing will not immediately produce perceivable results within a few days - so long term dedication is very important! Try keeping up a certain routine for at least several consecutive months with plenty of rest days in between. I myself tried adding Vitamin-E oil after every workout but after one month of trying it I can't really tell if it has had a great impact.

I highly encourage you to try jelqing (starting out with 3 sessions per week, later you can easily go up to 5 times a week) on a regular basis. Set yourself a time frame (e.g. 2 months) and take your base measurements (soft and hard). After 2 months you can measure again and see for yourself if any size gains have happened - although chances are good that you'll see some good results ;)
