That is one of the stupidest things I have ever seen (the act...not that specific picture). There is nothing even remotely attractive about it.

The waist band is fine, nothing wrong with that...but pretty much any more than that and you are a dumbass.

The second picture in the thread is fine.

I live in a country where some saggers showed off their underwear waistbands and others still who were freeballers andhad nice showings of pubic hair, butt cracks, nice chubby butt cheeks and once I actually sighted pubic hair and the beginning of the shaft...whew! awesome...

What I find odd about that pic is here are guys purposely showing off their torsos and the waistband of their underwear, but they're wearing basketball "shorts" that cover all the way to their knees and beyond! Why not stick with the 70's fashion where shorts were actually short, showing off your thighs. It's not as if they are trying to avoid stares.
How did we get to a point where shorts cover more than half the leg? HOw does stuff like that happen?

Sorry but I find saggers ridiculous. Pull your damn pants up. This is a fashion statement I find rather offensive and nothing sexy about it.
I'm not a prude by no means and I know you can see more revealing wear at a beach.
To walk around in public with your pants down below your ass is just plain inappropriate behavior.
